I am into running. tbh I used to really interested in going to the gym, and that habit has lasted for the last 5 years. I mean, I felt like I wanna try some different sports at some point, so I switched from going to the gym 3-5 times a week to running. I'd say I started running 2 months ago; I try to keep my running routine 2-3 times a week; I run 1.9km-2km every time. I still remember my best record was running 1.9km in 11 minutes haha, pretty good ngl. It's more fun to run in my eyes. I love to put my headphones on while running, as usual. I pretty much enjoy the feeling as long as I started running. I feel my breath, I hear my heartbeat, I sweat... all those things make me feel happy and alive.
Running is the combination of balance, flexibility, endurance, strength, and consistency in my eyes. I see running as a sport that I can challenge myself and my endurance. I fully enjoy myself during the whole journey of 'Before running- during running- finishing running'. I'm excited to make a plan for myself before I run, such as thinking about how much km I wanna run today? and where the destination will be, and I roughly calculate how much time I think I can achieve this goal haha. It's fun ngl.
