I've achieved ran 1.9km in 11 minutes today. Which is my best record so far. I like to run pretty much the same route every time. tbh I do not think is a big deal for me to run during the day or in the evening. I mean, I'd love to run early in the moring, and I also enjoy running in the evening, it depends on how I feel and what plans I've got for myself.
I'm very much enjoy spending time with myself. I'd love to take pictures of myself and this's one of the ways how I'd love to spend time with myself. I mean, it's like kinda tradition thing for me to remember the good memories that I've got. Plus it's more special and unique for me to take pictures of myself when I've achieved something, such as: after I've achieved running 1.9km.
I see running more than just a sport tbh. I'd like to run when I want to get some exercise or some fresh air; I'd like to run when I feel stressful; I'd like to run when I have no inspiration for writing haha. Running gives me energy. As an introverted person, personal space and spening time alone are as important as an extroverted person needs socializing. I feel fresh, energetic and active after ran. I'd say running is a good sport which helps me to get my energy back to the comfortable level.
